Program 014 — surface operations beyond Earth.

A long-horizon initiative to establish autonomous extraction, fabrication, and habitat support at the lunar south pole and the Sea of Tranquility outposts. Scope, schedule, and terms are held by the contracting consortium and are not disclosed here.

The platform draws on all five operating disciplines, and is engineered to operate, repair, and replicate itself without instruction from Earth across extended intervals.
